The SMILE project offers a pre-incubation entrepreneurship programme for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to sharpen their business acumen and refine their innovative ideas. By the end of the programme, participants will have developed a robust business plan and prototype ready for market launch, alongside a suite of valuable resources and support to accelerate their entrepreneurial journey. Pre-incubation Entrepreneurship Training
A 40-hour training programme covering key topics such as product-market fit, customer profiling, pitch deck creation, and customer development strategies.
Physical Infrastructure
Access to a fully-equipped office workspace with essential amenities at Al-Quds University BCITE hub, alongside administrative services offering support in accounting, HR, and other operational needs.
Coaching and Mentorship
Gain access to both local and international mentors who provide expert guidance, including legal advice on business registration, intellectual property, and compliance.
Financial Support
Top 10 ideas demonstrating exceptional potential, dedication, and commitment will be awarded grants of up to €10,000 to help bring their vision to life.

What is the selection process?
The selection process includes:

Can I apply if I am not based in Palestine?
While the Programme primarily supports entrepreneurs in Palestine, specifically in East Jerusalem, applications from those with significant operations or plans to operate in these areas are considered.
Can I submit more than one idea?
Yes, you can submit more than one idea. However, individuals are only allowed to represent one team/idea during the Programme.
Can I change my submission form after it is already submitted?
Once your entry is submitted you will not be allowed to change or edit it; however, you will be allowed to submit additional materials/information before the final deadline. However, if accepted to the Programme, you are allowed to change and refine your idea/concept during the first 3-4 weeks of the Programme.
What are the assessment criteria for applications?
Applications are evaluated based on:
